By commissioning me you AGREE to all terms of service listed below
General information before you commission me
- I have the right to decline or cancel any commission. If I cancel a commission that has already been paid, there will be a full refund regardless of progress.
- If you [the commissioner] decide to cancel the commission in the middle of the progress; there will be a partial refund, depending on how far the commissioned work has gotten.
- The finished work will be given as a PNG file
- All personal information is protected
- Yes, I do both SFW and NSFW
- No, I don’t draw ferals
- Yes, I can draw your character even if you do not have a proper reference sheet
- I love artistic freedom
- I really enjoy being tagged in posts with my artwork, but no, it is not a requirement!
Payment
- All payments are via PayPal.
- Payments in EUR (Eurp) only.
- Price will be set before the start of the commission, however additional costs may come along the way.
- Yes, cost will increase depending on character complexity (10-30 EUR max)
- I will send an invoice on PayPal after you [the commissioner] and I have agreed on a sketch, and the work is to be continued. The commission will then pause until payment has been fully transferred.
- Yes, we can figure out a payment plan if you want to pay your commission in parts
- Additional costs need to be paid before the finished work is handed over
Usage of commissioned works
- I have the right to sell the commissioned work as prints, stickers, pins or other gadgets
- I have the right to post the commissioned work anywhere I like.
I have the right to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes
- You [the commissioner] may not economically profit from the work (as for example: prints, stickers, pins or other gadgets). If you [the commissioner] wish to profit from the work, tell me and we will figure something out.
- You [the commissioner] have the right to post the commissioned work anywhere, and use it in any non-profitable way you please
